I have just dressed my two bedroom windows with new curtains made by your company and I am absolutely delighted in every way. I must mention the assistant based at Debenhams Bolton who was a great help. She not only advised on the measuring but also advised the pattern matching at the two windows in the bedroom - it can only be described as a subeb effect.

I just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic service I have received from you upon ordering two packs of ready-made curtains.
The order was placed last Thursday evening, acknowledged straight away and the curtains received yesterday, (Monday). I have just received my order of your made -to -measure curtains and they are fantastic in every way. In fact,when I had just fitted the curtains,I was so delighted with them,I rang the Montgomery sales assistant at the Bolton Debenham's Store. Prior to making the order, she had allowed me to bring the shop sample of the fabric home,and was an enormous help to me with the actual measuring.

Today I received 1 metre of Belvoir Chintz and would like to tell you how delighted I am with your service. Before Christmas I purchased this material from Debenhams and they sent off my order for curtains to your company. Within a week I had received my gorgeous curtains plus pelmet and I am thrilled with the quality and workmanship in the making of these curtains. The cost was around £900 and was money well spent. I am now having a chair re-upholstered with the metre of fabric I received today.

I phoned Debenhams, some 80 miles from my home, only to be advised that they would ship the curtains I needed to a local store. "I just had to drop a line to let you know about the amazing customer service I have just received from one of your team - Ross. I was hoping to order a number of curtains from you online yesterday, but I when I went to complete the order this morning, the stock had changed and one of the curtains was no longer available. I spoke to Ross this morning and she got on the case immediately, checking other stores etc to try and track down the missing size.
