We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you should wish to return anything to us please see the details below for our policy on returns and refunds:
GOODS PURCHASED IN STORE
If you have purchased or placed an order in one of our store concessions please return to the store for details of the returns and refund policy. Please note: stores will not accept returned items that have been bought online from www.montgomery.co.uk or bought over the phone from Montgomery's Head Office.
GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE
MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS
Made to Measure curtain & curtains accessories, made to measure blinds & customised ready made curtains are manufactured to customer's individual sizes therefore we can not accept cancellations or alterations and we are unable to offer refunds once your order has been placed.

All Montgomery Made to Measure curtains & blinds are hand-made and quality checked at every stage to ensure that they are delivered to you in perfect condition. Please ensure that you unpack your goods as soon as you receive them as failure to unpack the goods may lead to creasing. Creasing will not be considered as a fault. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the manufacture or the fabric then please contact our Customer Relations Department to be allocated a Returns Authorisation Number. No return will be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Our cancellation, refund and return policy complies with the Distance Selling Regulations.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the manufacture of the fabric then please contact our Customer Relations Department on 0800 032 1514. Returned goods will be inspected for faults and the reported problem.
MADE TO MEASURE DELIVERY CHARGES
If goods are faulty then we will arrange collection of the goods where ever possible, however if this is not possible delivery and postage charges will be refunded in the first instance.
If the order was placed incorrectly by the customer delivery and postage charges are non refundable.
READY MADE CURTAINS
You can cancel your order within 7 days. If you wish to cancel call Customer Relations on 0800 032 1514 to inform of your intention to cancel and then you must follow up in writing by post, email or fax. A full refund including delivery charges will be given.
We request that goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returned goods must be in an unused re-saleable condition and must be accompanied by the advice note sent with your order. Whenever possible please return original packaging.
Ready Made curtains cannot be returned or refunded once the strings have been drawn on the pencil heading tape or if they have been altered*

All refunds will be credited to the Credit/Debit card used for the purchase within 30 days.
*Please note that any alterations made professionally by ourselves or a 3rd party are included in this policy.
Costs/charges for the return of unsuitable or incorrectly ordered goods are non-refundable.
