The popularity of velvet continues to endure, in spite of the vast selection of fabrics available to the consumer.
A quality velvet fabric drapes beautifully when made up into curtains, and has an understated elegance which hints at luxury and opulence. Velvet, by its very nature, gives depth to colour and subtly reflects light, giving curtains a luxurious lustre. Velvet, whether as curtains or cushions, has a tactile quality, adding textural interest to any interior.
