Earlier this month, a group from MONTGOMERY set out on a coast to coast cycle ride and at the same time raised funds for charity.
In spite of torrential rain, difficult terrain, and a number of vehicular issues, the team managed to successfully complete the ride from Whitehaven to Tynemouth in the allotted time and fortunately without significant injury.
Congratulations to Laura Evans-Hughes, Ben Harrison, Jo Mcewan, David Phillips, Katherine Reid, and Simon Shrub on their fantastic pedalling achievement, and to Gwyn Morris who drove the support vehicle.
